Trisha
Trish needs to get some surgery scheduled ASAP so that she can return to work, also ASAP. Please pray that at her appointment on Monday they can work out a plan to get this taken care of. Thanks for praying.
T met with a new doctor on Monday and he isn't sure that surgery is what she needs. She is having an MRI done today and another tomorrow for further testing. She has had pain for a year now, and not only is it unending, but it is becoming stronger. Please pray that these MRIs might show the source of T's pain, and that the doctor will be able to help her feel better. TFP.
Doc isn't sure that further surgery on T's shunt is what's necessary to end her pain. Their next step is to do a nerve block procedure, pending insurance approval.
The big thing is that T needs to return to work by 9/1 or faces losing her benefits. Please pray that she is physically able to do that! She has been in pain - increasing pain - for a year now. More than that, actually.
Trisha had a nerve block procedure this week. Hopefully this will lessen her pain, as she is scheduled to return to work on Monday. Thanks for continuing to pray for her.
