Georgia's friend Linda went through cancer treatment at the beginning of the year and has had a heart attack on Friday. Here's what Georgia wrote:
they rushed her into surgery, 100% blockage. and at that time was going to be in icu for a few days and then a week in the hosp to recover. i found out today that the doc's found "something" when they had her opened up. they (the family?? the docs??) are not releasing any other information until linda comes out of the induced coma she was put into after the surgery.

Geo wrote me an update on this request. I wasn't sure how to post it, if in its entirety or just the highlights, but it was too beautiful to leave anything out. Check out what God's done and continues to do!:
today i had lunch wi/ my friend linda. she is my buddy who God healed breast cancer earlier this year and later had a heart attack this summer.
her heart attack came about due to 99% blockage in the heart,,,,and get this,,,,she managed to stay "with it" until the fire dept showed up in response to her 911 call...but then blacked out...no pulse, no heart beat. the defibulater didnt work because she was covered in sweat and it would not make the proper connection. they went to manual cpr.....arrived in the ER and just happened to find one...only one......doctor available, one that was not even supposed to be in the hosp. that day, who wound up taking her into surgery and putting in a stint. she stayed in hosp for a week and was released with a not so good memory. but today....about 12 weeks after it happened, she's up and running....well walking....but does she look good!!! she is getting her memories back and is even driving!!!! and she shares Jesus!!!! she thanks you for your prayers. i thank you. Christ's healing powers are awesome to me. don't really understand sickness and failing health, but have come to understand that there is nothing better than to have God's plan fulfilled in my life whether its using bad things that happen to His glory or having so many good things happen that the blessings "fill my umbrella". what more can we ask for than to have His mercy, and love, and know beyond a doubt that He is faithful to His promises! So Linda is doing well. please continue your prayers for her, that it she open herself to living fully for Him, and continue to share His love with others.
